Quick start: your first 10 minutes

This guide takes you from a fresh account to your first researched bet. No experience with betting tools required — and your fastest first win depends on which plan you're on, so find your path below.

First, two things everyone should do

Create your account

Sign up at unjuiced.bet/register. Every plan starts with a trial, and you can switch plans anytime — see pricing for what each unlocks.

Select your sportsbooks

Every tool has a book filter. Set it to the sportsbooks you actually have accounts with — an edge at a book you can't bet doesn't help you.

Tip: the more books you have access to, the more the tools can find for you. Even two or three books is enough to start.

On Scout? Start with research

Scout is built for smarter research before you bet: knowing which props actually hit, what's been trending, and everything about tonight's games.

1. Open Hit Rates for tonight's slate and sort by hit rate — you'll immediately see which player props have been cashing and which are traps. Read How to use Hit Rates for the full flow.
2. Check Trends — what's been happening lately that you can bet on tonight, in plain English.
3. Found a game you care about? Open its page in the Game Hub — everything about that game on one page, with the line for each thing. The Cheat Sheets round out the kit.

Your first win: finding out a prop you liked has hit 3 of its last 20 — before you bet it.

On Grinder? Find your first +EV bet

Grinder unlocks the math tools: Positive EV, Soft Lines, and the Arbitrage & Middles scanners.

1. Read Understanding Positive EV first — five minutes that explains what the numbers mean.
2. Open Positive EV, filter to your books, and sort by EV%.
3. Pick a play near the top, confirm the price is still live at your book, and start small.

Your first win: placing a bet you can mathematically defend, at a price better than the market's true line.

On Syndicate? Follow sharps and tail a play

Syndicate's quick win is letting proven winners find the bet for you.

1. Open Sharp Intel and browse the picks board — every pick comes from a tracked bettor with a verified record.
2. Follow a few sharps whose records you like (or start with a pack) so their action builds your feed.
3. When a pick with a strong score appears and your book still has a playable price, tail it.
4. Turn on live alerts so the next one comes to you in real time.
