Games is the place to start when your question is about a particular matchup. The current release provides the sports slate and game summaries. Use it to locate the event, then continue into the relevant research or odds tool.
Find a matchup
- Choose an enabled sport from the sport navigation.
- Use Date to select the slate you need. Check this before assuming a game is missing.
- Use Search teams or venues to narrow the list. Team names and abbreviations can help when several games are visible.
- Choose Game time, Sharp action, or Most trends in Sort.
- Read the game's teams, timing, status, and available summary data.
- Continue to the relevant tool below for more detailed research.
What the sort options answer
| Sort | Best used for |
|---|---|
| Game time | Organizing the slate chronologically |
| Sharp action | Finding games with more observed sharp activity to investigate |
| Most trends | Finding games with more available trend context |
More sharp activity or more trends does not automatically mean a better bet. The count helps you choose what to inspect; exact selections, prices, and evidence still matter.
Where to go next
- Compare a spread, total, or moneyline: open the Odds Screen, select the sport and market, and locate the same event.
- Research a player prop: open Hit Rates and choose the player and stat.
- Understand a recent pattern: open Trends for the same sport and inspect the supporting games.
- Inspect sharp positions: open Sharp Intel and check the exact selection rather than a game's activity total alone.
- Read sport-specific matchup detail: use Research, including the available NFL and MLB Game Centers.
Games versus Game Center
Games is the cross-sport slate. NFL Game Center and MLB Game Center are separate research tools under their sports in Research. They provide their own sport-specific detail.
The dedicated matchup-detail workspace under Games is not currently enabled. An older link to /games/sport/id returns to that sport's list. You do not need to refresh repeatedly or change plans to make that unfinished workspace appear. Use the available Game Center or other research tools instead.
Example research workflow
Suppose you want to research an NFL matchup. Find it on the correct date in Games, then open Research → NFL → Game Center for player and defensive context. If one receiver interests you, check the current receiving prop in Hit Rates. Finally, compare that exact threshold and period across books on the Odds Screen.
Keep the event date and market consistent as you move between tools. Similar team names, alternate lines, and different periods can otherwise lead you to compare different bets.
Troubleshooting
- No games: check the date, clear search, and confirm the league has a slate available.
- A sport says coming soon: that surface is not enabled for the league yet; it is not a zero-game result.
- “This slate is unavailable right now”: use the retry action. If it persists, report the sport, date, and time to support.
- A link returns to the list: the dedicated matchup-detail workspace is currently unavailable, as described above.
