Open NFL Role Radar. Investigate changes in snaps, targets, and carries before interpreting a player prop.

Look for an opportunity change

Role Radar focuses on how a player is being used. Start with the player or team you want to investigate and compare the available recent and historical context.

Read each measure

Snap share describes how much of the available playing opportunity a player receives. Targets describe passing-game opportunities directed toward the player. Carries describe rushing attempts. These measures are related but not interchangeable: more snaps do not always produce more touches.

Check whether the change can persist

Compare multiple games and look for a reason behind the shift: an injury, return, rotation change, or game situation. Use lineup and game context rather than assuming every recent change is permanent.

Example: a receiver's targets rose in a game where the team trailed heavily. Check whether the snap share and role also changed, and whether the next matchup is likely to involve the same circumstances. A single high-volume game is a question to investigate.

Connect role to a market

After identifying the role change, open Hit Rates for the specific receiving, rushing, or other supported prop. Compare the current threshold and price. Increased opportunity can matter differently for receptions, yards, and touchdowns.

Troubleshooting

A short sample or missing usage measure should remain visible in your conclusion. Confirm the player, team, and sample before comparing records; transfers or roster changes can make older observations less representative. Use Game Center for matchup context and Touchdown Finder for scoring opportunities.
