BetMGM SGP support is enabled

We updated our sportsbook configuration so BetMGM can be used in same-game parlay workflows.

What changed:

  • BetMGM is now treated as SGP-capable
  • SGP flows can include BetMGM where supported
  • Sportsbook capability handling is more complete
