Novig SGP support is enabled

We updated the sportsbook configuration so Novig can appear correctly in same-game parlay workflows.

What changed:

  • Novig is now treated as SGP-capable
  • SGP availability is more accurate across supported books
  • Sportsbook configuration is better aligned with available bet types
