Prediction Market Odds Now Show Cents

Prediction-market pricing is now easier to read across Unjuiced:

• Kalshi, Novig, Polymarket, and ProphetX prices pair American odds with a compact cent equivalent, such as -194 (66¢).
• Sportsbook prices remain in American odds only, keeping each venue in its native pricing language.
• The Positive EV Sharp column now shows cents when a prediction market or exchange is the sole devig reference, including desktop, mobile, and shared cards.
• Blended reference models remain American-only because their calculated price no longer represents one exchange contract.
• Dense odds tables keep the cents inline without adding a persistent horizontal scrollbar.
