Live MLB pages are more aware of the game
We added a stronger live-game layer across MLB tools so in-progress games feel current and easier to follow.
What changed:
- Live state on scoreboard cards with inning, count, outs, and baserunners
- Current pitcher and batter context in game headers
- Auto pitcher tracking for live games
- Pitcher swap selector across Game Center tools
- Winning, losing, and save pitcher context
- Better stale-data fallbacks and broader live game detection
